Mark "The Lou Ham Skewer" Webber - Malaysian GP Preview

After a hard week at his home GP, Mark Webber provides us with a preview of the Malaysian GP's Sepang Circuit. In all seriousness if Hamilton wasn't busy bad mouthing his team on the radio he might of anticipated Webber's move. Anyway, I'm sure it will either be exciting (raining) or a snooze (Not raining)in Malaysia.

Formula One - Malaysian Gran Prix - BMW Sauber Race Recap

So BMW's Nick Heidfeld was tapped to do the BMW Sauber race recap for the Malaysian Gran Prix.  This is likely because of his very fortunate second-place finish in the Monsoon conditions that engulfed the Sepang track.   Great Job Nick and Team!

While this video recap won't tell you anything you haven't read on heard someplace else, it is worth the three-minutes and twenty-four seconds of your life that it will consume just to hear Nick Heidfeld say, "Wet Waces".  If they ever decide to remake Blazing Saddles, he can definitely play the Madeline Kahn part.  Price-wess!  Enjoy!

Scuderia Ferrari - Malaysian Gran Prix Preview - Luca Colajanni

The Head of Ferrari's Motorsport Office Luca Colajanni talks about Ferrari's 2009 season beginning and the expectations about Malaysian GP.  I always enjoy interviews with Europeans, as their candor is remarkable.  I couldn't imagine hearing a US based race team say things like, "we were not reliable," or that, "Brawn GP is in a league of their own."  Remarkable.   Enjoy!

2009 Malaysian Gran Prix Preview

It should be an interesting weekend in Sepang.  Intense heat and humidity have always been a challenge at this track, but the reliability of the mostly new cars in this hot environment will definitely be a factor in the race's outcome . 

Sepang will likely pose a larger challenge to the "non-protested-diffusor" teams, as the Sepang circuit is made up of mostly fast corners combined with long straights.  Any reduction in rear downforce to improve straight-line speed will directly affect cornering grip, and teams with standard diffusors will have fewer options than their rivals.
